The application relates to exports of food to countries outside the EU where the importing country requires special controls due to its import regulations.
The application shall also be made when the products are to be accompanied by pre-export certificates to another EU Member State and then exported or incorporated as raw material in goods intended for export to the European Economic Union (EaEU).
Applications may only be made by approved food establishments under EU law.
