It is important to know that prior to the sale of a protected designation, the authority should first have the opportunity to make on-site visits and assess the production in the light of the regulatory provisions.
This e-service is to be used by the activities that have the Swedish Food Agency as the control authority. The establishments having another control authority shall contact the respective control authority in order to notify the production of protected designation.

Retrieve company details
In the e-service you can choose to retrieve the company’s data from the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Central Bureau of Statistics and the Swedish Tax Agency, so that you do not have to fill them in manually.
